Niagara Action for Animals Community Walk For Farm Animals

Vinnie appreciates you care!

A compassionate invitation from our friends at Niagara Action for Animals to join them on October 5th, 2013 as they host and sponsor a walk for Farm Sanctuary.

Please consider joining them on October 5th for a great family day outdoors! Participate at your own pace while benefiting your heart, mind and spirit. Kindly go to www.walkforfarmanimals.org for more information. Community support matters!

The Walk for Farm Animals plays a key role in Farm Sanctuary’s funding and operations. They rely on individuals to help bring about change for farm animals. By supporting the Walk, you directly support rescue, education, and advocacy programs. Because of you, they will help more animals than ever before!

Animals are relying on you! More than 10 billion farm animals are slaughtered every year for food in the United States alone. Before their terrifying deaths, the animals lead miserable lives filled with abuse and neglect. They suffer in cages so small they cannot stretch out a wing, have their beaks mutilated and face a multitude of other horrors. By helping the Walk for Farm Animals, you are showing animals like Vinnie that someone cares.

Who is Farm Sanctuary?

Farm Sanctuary was founded in 1986 to combat the abuses of factory farming and encourage a new awareness and understanding about farmed animals. Today, Farm Sanctuary is North America’s largest and, probably, the most effective farm animal rescue and protection organization. They educate millions of people about the plight of farm animals and the effects of factory farming on our health and environment. They advocate for laws and policies to prevent suffering and promote compassion, and reach out to legislators and businesses to bring about institutional reforms.
